• FILE FORMATS AND MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  
  All material should be of high quality (300dpi) and in process colours (CMYK). Please adhere to type area for all import information like contact details including websites. Include 3mm bleed when applicable on full page and double page spreads.
  
  Material can be supplied in the following formats:
  
  • PrintOptimzed PDF with bleed, NO cropmarks and NO embedded ICC profiles.
  Also set white text to knockout
  
  • Uncompressed JPG, TIF or EPS files
  
  • All fonts to be converted to curves, paths or embedded when applicable
  (Freehand, Illustrator and CorelDraw).

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

All complete material is used as is without any charge.

For material not sumbitted in the correct format or where alterations or corrections are required, a production charge would be applicable to rectify.

Incomplete material for make-up using supplied text, photos and logos (rough layout to be included) would incure a production charge. This charge can be quoted prior to make-up if required.

Authors corrections would be charged as deemed necceasry for additional corrections or changes not disclosed on first proof.
